Thank you for shopping with Shivashakthi Pooja Stores. We take pride in the quality of our pooja products and incense.

Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of incense, dhoop, and sambrani products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo at [your support email]. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
